Arthur Morgan is a gang member of the Van Der Linde gang.
Background[]
Arthur Morgan was born in 1983 to parents Beatrice and Lyle Morgan. A petty criminal and outlaw, his father was arrested for larceny in 1994, when Arthur was 11 years old.
Around 1998, Arthur was picked up by Dutch van der Linde and Hosea Matthews. Viewing him as an adoptive father figure, Arthur came to share Dutch's vision of a life lived free from civilization and the rule of law, becoming one of the first members of the Van der Linde gang.
Media Crackdown[]
During the Media Crackdown, He, as well as Dutch Van Der Linde and John Marston, were moving camp to a house in Antelope, Oregon. That is when they saw four boys and a fat man.

They wanted a free space to sleep in before going to bed. Dutch let them but mistook it as "joining" the gang. In the morning they found out and were about to shoot the group before Bruce Willis appeared.
He said that they should come to peace and agreed. They soon went into a cave and saw a portal. they were soon teleported to the forests of California.
